MARC JAHR
has had a long and distinguished career in community development. Prior to heading HDC, Marc was Citi Community Capital’s (CCC) New York Metropolitan Area Market Director, where he supervised CCC’s community development real estate lending in the metropolitan New York area.


MARILYN SHEA
has been an innovator and leader in the field of workforce development at the local, state and federal level. Prior to joining the WIB in 2004, Marilyn worked in the federal Department of Labor in Washington as the national Administrator for WIA Adult programs.


CITY FUTURES, Inc. is a nonprofit organization devoted to rethinking, reframing and invigorating the public discourse about New York City public policy and urban issues nationally. The organization is comprised of the Center for an Urban Future, a think tank that fuses journalistic reporting techniques with traditional policy analysis to produce in-depth reports and workable policy solutions on the critical issues facing cities, and City Limits, New York's urban affairs news source, which provides the information, analysis and innovative ideas that help citizens and policymakers create a more equitable city.
